Each of the six units feature there own unique state of art kitchen design.

Every kitchen has its own interpretation of contemporary walnut cabinetry with stainless steel trim. Some units accent this with high gloss white island cabinetry, others with frosted glass cabinetry. All feature Ceasarstone’s “Oyster” solid surface countertops with a crisp pencil edge. An appliance package without rival includes Subzero 36” integrated refrigerator with matching walnut panel front, either Wolf 36 gas range or double wall oven & cooktop, Wolf vented hood, Wolf “Micro Drawer microwave & Asko integrated dishwasher.

To complete the experience, most units also include a Miele built-in coffee/expresso station and Sub-Zero wine cooler. Additional amenities include separate cooktop mounted pot filler faucet and deep 30” undermount sinks with semi-professional gooseneck

Each lavishly appointed master bath is unique in its design and layout. They include many “Spa-Like” features. All feature 12" x 24” bronze porcelain tile floors with coordinating 30" x 40" high gloss porcelain slab walls & chrome edge trim. All showers features Kohler’s state of the art automated DTV Hydrotherapy Spa System. This includes; programmable rain heads, body sprays and hand held features. Each shower includes a steam feature as well as a 17” plasma TV. Duplex units include large whirlpool tubs. Some of which include there own built-in TV feature as well.

*Additional features such as large walnut or grayed walnut vanities have double sinks, plenty of storage and large mirrored medicine cabinets with contemporary lighting. A combination of direct and indirect lighting is included in each master bath.

All guest baths feature designer porcelain tile floors and tub surround with custom glass mosaic accent stripe, Jacuzzi tubs, shower towers featuring rainhead shower and four body sprays. Glass shower doors are also included. Plenty of storage within *walnut or gray vanities with white one piece porcelain sink/counters. Above each vanity is a large mirrored medicine cabinet and designer lighting.
